Diciamo che in caso di problema di connettività si possono fare alcuni test per avere un'idea di dove stia il problema:

Ping verso maya: verifica della effettiva connettività Internet
Se maya non risponde ping verso un qualche server interno a E4A, se invece non riesce a risolvere l'hostname ping verso il DNS.
Se non arriva al DNS, ping verso il ripetitore.
Se non arriva al ripe, ping verso l'apparato.

L'uso dei trace, poi, può dare un'idea di dove sia localizzato il problema.
